This policy explains what personal information this shop's app collects when you use it to order, how it is used, and your choices.

• Account: your name and phone number (required), and your email address if you give one. Your phone number or email may be checked with a one-time code (by WhatsApp or email).
• Delivery: the addresses you save and, only if you allow it, your device's location to place an address on the map.
• Orders: what you order, prices, and order status, plus loyalty points.
• Activity: your searches in the app, to show your recent searches.
• Device: a notification token, to send you order updates.

2. How we use it

• To process, deliver and update you about your orders.
• To manage your account, including sign-in and password reset.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your information and the app shows no ads.

3. Who receives it

• The shop's staff and delivery drivers, to prepare and deliver your orders.
• Service providers that run the service for the shop: hosting, push notifications (Google Firebase), the WhatsApp code service, and email delivery.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Security

Data is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and kept on servers only the shop's service operators can reach. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Your choices

• View and correct your details in the app (Profile).
• Turn off notifications and location access in your phone's settings.
• Delete your account at any time: how to delete your account.

6. Children

The service is meant for adults and not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes are announced in the app.
