Delete your account

This app

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted at once. It can't be done while one of your orders is still being prepared or delivered: wait until it is delivered or cancelled.

Without the app

Email the shop from the email address on your account, or write the phone number of your account, asking to delete it. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, name, phone number and email address.
• Your saved addresses, cart, favorites, searches and stock alerts.

Past orders are kept for the shop's accounting, with your personal details removed from them.
